銷售條款
如果付款后不能參加會(huì)議，組委會(huì)允許派相同級(jí)別的人員代為出席。如明確不能出席，必須以書面形式提出，包括寫信、發(fā)傳真或Email。如在10月20日前提出，扣除20％手續(xù)費(fèi) ，10月21-28日提出，扣除50％手續(xù)費(fèi)，10月28日后提出將不予退款。
